These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MulCreations website (www.mulcreations.com), products, and services. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or attending workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using MulCreations' website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

MulCreations offers:

  • Guided journals and spiritual practice resources

  • Virtual and in-person workshops

  • Digital content including blog articles, email newsletters, and downloadable materials

  • Seasonal celebration guides and ritual resources

  • Community gathering spaces

3. WORKSHOP POLICIES

Registration & Payment

  • Registration is required for all workshops and events

  • Payment must be completed prior to workshop attendance

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Workshop registrations are non-refundable

  • If you cannot attend a workshop, your registration may be transferred to a future workshop within the same calendar year, subject to availability

  • Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop

  • MulCreations reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward future workshops

Replay Access

  • Registered participants receive replay access to virtual workshops for 30 days following the live event

  • Replay access is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced

​

Conduct

  • Participants are expected to engage respectfully and create a safe space for all community members

  • MulCreations reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior without refund

​

4. PRODUCT SALES & RETURNS

Digital Products

  • All digital products (journals, guides, workshop replays) are non-refundable due to their immediate accessibility

  • Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use digital products for personal use only

  • Digital products may not be shared, resold, or distributed

​

Physical Products

  • Physical journals and materials may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item

  • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable

​

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will ship by the date specified on the product page

  • Pre-orders are eligible for refund up until 30 days before the scheduled ship date

  • After this date, pre-orders follow standard product return policies

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership

  • All content on the MulCreations website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of MulCreations or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws

  • The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of MulCreations
