Today, September 22, we stand at a powerful threshold. The Fall Equinox marks a moment of balance, day and night equal in length, before we begin our journey into the darker half of the year. And this year, it also opens the doorway to Navratri, the nine-night festival of renewal and devotion.
Nature is reminding us of something essential: change is here, and balance is possible.

What the Fall Equinox teaches us
On this day of equal light and darkness, we’re reminded of the dance between opposites — expansion and rest, action and reflection, release and renewal. Just as the leaves begin to fall, we are invited to let go of excess and make space for clarity.
Takeaway practice for today: Pause and write down 3 things you are ready to release this season, and 3 intentions you want to carry forward with you. Place them on your altar, under a candle, or in your journal as a sacred offering to this shift.

Navratri - The Seasonal Reset
Navratri arrives right at this turning point, aligning perfectly with the call of the Equinox. For nine nights, we honor the goddess in her many forms — strength, wisdom, courage, and compassion — as we move through our own process of releasing and resetting.
Navratri is more than a festival; it’s a seasonal cleanse for the soul. A reminder that, like nature, we too are cyclical beings who must pause, shed, and prepare for what’s to come.
How I can support you this season
This fall, I’m offering two ways to help you align with this rhythm:
Navratri Workshop — A guided journey of journaling, meditation, and goddess-inspired practices to help you reset your energy and plant seeds of intention for the season ahead.
MulCreations Journals (Launching October) — Guided journals designed around seasonal living and South Asian festivals, offering prompts to help you reflect, release, and reconnect all year long.
Whether through the workshop, the journals, or your own reflection, may this Equinox and Navratri be the invitation you need to reset, realign, and root deeper into yourself.
Because just like nature, you are meant to change with the seasons.
