The Spring Reset is a 9-day guided experience designed to help you transition out of winter and into the new season with more clarity, steadiness, and intention.

 

Spring has always been seen as a time of renewal and recalibration when energy begins to rise, digestion awakens, and the body and mind are ready to let go of what no longer fits.

 

This reset creates a simple daily rhythm to support that shift, without extremes or overwhelm. Rather than doing everything at once, we move gradually and intentionally, allowing space for reflection, grounding, and real change.

What to Expect

Each day, you’ll receive a message in our shared WhatsApp container that includes:

 

  • The goddess of the day and her energetic theme

  • A short reflection on how this energy shows up during the spring season

  • 1–2 journal prompts

  • A simple ritual or grounding practice (5–10 minutes)

  • Links to short teaching or meditation videos as we move through each phase

  • You want a grounded spiritual practice that fits real life
